He also offers a solution that in my opinion seems to be one of the best I have seen to date. Its called swfObject (and was formerly known as FlashObject but had to be changed because Adobe legal department try to warrant their existance). You can check it out here :
I wonder if Adobe have thought of getting the lyrics from the Flash Gordon song from Queen changed? It would look something like this then:
