The death of FlashMXfiles
It looks like flashmxfiles.com has finally passed away. A sad day, it was where I found most of my answers when I started learning Flash & ActionScript back in about 2002. It was a great community and you could always guarantee an answer from Warangel, K-dog, tanenbaumm or bprc. A year or so later I was asked to mod the newbie section, a chance I simply jumped at. Slowly people stopped popping in..War has gone on to do some great stuff with 3D, Ben (bprc) picked up a real job and so on.
It was a great resource, and I found myself popping in now and then just to lookup a particular topic I could remember answering, and didnt fancy starting from scratch again.
I hope Jim had the chance to backup the database before it bit the dust.
